Okul Yöneticilerinin Eğitim Yönetimi Yüksek Lisans Eğitiminden Kazanımlarının Bireysel ve Örgütsel Açıdan İncelenmesi

Abstract
Bu araştırmada yönetici algılarına göre eğitim yönetimi ve denetimi yüksek lisans programının etkilerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması desenine uygun olarak tasarlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Görüşme formu iki bölümden oluşmakta olup ilk bölümde katılımcıya araştırma kapsamında bilgilendirme yapılarak yaş, cinsiyet vb kişisel bilgilere ait sorular yer almaktadır. İkinci bölümünde ise araştırmanın alt amaçlarına uygun olarak hazırlanan ve katılımcıların eğitim yönetimi ve denetimi yüksek lisans programının etkilerine yönelik görüşlerini tespit etmek için sorular bulunmaktadır. Araştırmanın katılımcıları Yalova ilinde görevine devam eden ve kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen 13 adet eğitim yönetimi ve denetimi yüksek eğitimi tamamlamış okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Yapılan görüşmeler sonucunda elde edilen veriler betimsel içerik analizi yapılarak benzer cevaplar bir araya getirilmiş, tema ve kodlar şeklinde tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara göre, yöneticiler, eğitim yönetimi ve denetimi yüksek lisans programını tamamlamanın sağladığı kişisel ve mesleki gelişime yönelik etkileri belirtmektedir. Ayrıca, yüksek lisans programının uygulanabilir olma ve pratik odaklı olma konusundaki eksiklerinin olduğu sonucuna da ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bir başka sonuç ise; okul yöneticilerinin yüksek lisans programını tamamladıktan sonra olumlu okul iklimi oluşturma, öğretmenler ve personel ile iletişim gibi konularda kendilerini geliştirdiklerini ortaya koymaktadır.

Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to examine the effects of educational administration and supervision master's program according to administrators' perceptions. The research was designed in accordance with the case study design from qualitative research methods. For this purpose, a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher was used as a data collection tool. The interview form consists of two parts and in the first part, the participant was informed about the research and questions about personal information such as age, gender, etc. were included. In the second part, there are questions prepared in accordance with the sub-objectives of the research to determine the views of the participants on the effects of the master's program in educational administration and supervision. The participants of the study consisted of 13 school administrators who completed a master's degree program in educational administration and supervision, who continue to work in Yalova province and were determined by convenience sampling method. The data obtained as a result of the interviews were analyzed descriptively and similar answers were brought together and presented in tables as themes and codes. According to the findings of the study, the administrators stated the effects of completing the master's program in educational administration and supervision on personal and professional development. In addition, it was also concluded that the master's program had shortcomings in terms of being applicable and practice-oriented. Another result obtained in the study reveals that after completing the master's program, school administrators have improved themselves in areas such as creating a positive school climate and communication with teachers and staff.
