Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı sürdürülebilir bir okul-aile iş birliğinin oluşturulmasında yönetici ve öğretmen beklentilerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada nitel araştırma metodolojisi kullanılmış ve 15 kişiyle derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Öğretmenlerin değerlendirmeleri, sürdürülebilir bir okul-aile iş birliği oluşturmanın önemli olduğunu vurgulayarak, yöneticilerden rehberlik ve destek taleplerini içermektedir. İletişim stratejilerindeki beklentiler, ailelerle etkili etkileşim kurma yöntemlerini geliştirmek ve uygulamak adına liderlik taleplerini içermektedir. Öğretmenler, sürdürülebilir bir iş birliği için daha fazla eğitim ve kaynak sağlanmasını talep etmekte ve düzenli geri bildirim mekanizmalarının oluşturulmasını istemektedir. Ayrıca, öğrenci başarısını takip etmeye yönelik çaba ve olumlu iletişim ortamı oluşturma talepleri bulunmaktadır. Bu beklentilerin karşılanmasıyla, daha etkili bir okul-aile iş birliği ortamı oluşturulabilir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the expectations of administrators and teachers in the creation of a sustainable school-family cooperation. In this context, qualitative research methodology was used in the study and in-depth interviews were conducted with 15 participants. Teachers' evaluations emphasized the importance of creating a sustainable school-family partnership and demanded guidance and support from administrators. Expectations in communication strategies include demands for leadership to develop and implement effective ways of interacting with families. Teachers requested more training and resources for sustainable collaboration and regular feedback mechanisms. There are also requests for efforts to track student achievement and to create an environment of positive communication. By meeting these expectations, a more effective school-family collaboration environment can be created.
