Abstract
İlkokul öğretmenlerinin tarihsel empati eğilimlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2023-2024 eğitim yılında Ordu ilinde resmi okullarda görevli olan, araştırmaya gönüllü olarak katılan ve basit seçkisiz yöntemle belirlenen 270 ilkokul öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada Çalışkan vd. (2023) tarafından geliştirilen “Tarihsel Empati Ölçeği-Yetişkin Formu” kullanılmış, veriler Google Form aracılığıyla toplanmış ve SPSS paket programına aktarılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre ilkokul öğretmenlerinin bilişsel, davranışsal, duyuşsal ve tarihsel empati eğilimlerinin çok yüksek düzeyde olduğu ve cinsiyet, eğitim düzeyi, yaş, mesleki kıdem, unvan, branş değişkenlerinin bilişsel, davranışsal, duyuşsal ve tarihsel empati eğiliminde istatistiksel düzeyde farklılaştırma oluşturduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The study group of the research, which was carried out in the survey model in order to determine the historical empathy tendencies of primary school teachers, consists of 270 primary school teachers working in public schools in Ordu province in the 2023-2024 academic year, participating in the research voluntarily and determined by simple random method. In the study, “Historical Empathy Scale-Adult Form” developed by Çalışkan et al. (2023) was used, data were collected through Google Form and analysed by transferring to SPSS package programme. According to the findings of the research, it was concluded that the cognitive, behavioural, affective and historical empathy tendencies of primary school teachers were at a very high level and the variables of gender, education level, age, professional seniority, title and branch created a statistical differentiation in cognitive, behavioural, affective and historical empathy tendency.
