Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı; Türkiye’de ve tüm dünyada yaşanan Yeni Koronavirüs Hastalığı (Covid 19) salgınının; eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerine etkisini, öğretmenlerin görüşleri doğrultusunda belirlemektir. Tarama modelinde olan araştırmanın evrenini Ankara İli Gölbaşı İlçesindeki Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı resmi ortaokullar ve liselerde görevli öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem grubuna 140 öğretmen katılmıştır. Veriler, Külekçi Akyavuz ve Çakın (2020), tarafından geliştirilen “Salgın Sürecinin (Covid-19) Eğitim-Öğretim Faaliyetlerine Etkisine İlişkin Okul Yöneticilerinin Görüşleri Ölçeği” öğretmenlere uyarlanarak toplanmıştır. Anket formu Kişisel Bilgiler ve Görüşme Sorularının olduğu iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İkinci bölümdeki görüşme soruları da kendi arasında 5 bölümden ve toplam 50 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Anket örneklem grubuna 2022 yılının Nisan ayında uygulanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında Google forms programından çevrimiçi olarak yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen veriler IBM SPSS istatistik paket programında frekans, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, cinsiyet ve okul türü açısından t testi ve mesleki kıdem açısından da tek yönlü varyans analiz testi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir.
Araştırma sonucunda dünya genelinde yaşanılan Covid-19 salgınının diğer sistemleri etkisi altına aldığı gibi eğitim sistemini de olumsuz olarak etkilediği öğretmenlerin görüşleriyle söylenebilir. Araştırma sonuçları aksayan yönleri ortaya koymaktadır. Öğretmenlerin yüz yüze eğitimin daha iyi olduğu yönünde görüş sahibi olduğu görülmüştür. Artan iş yükleri, yaşanan sıkıntılar ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. İleride yaşanabilecek olağanüstü durumlarda yapılacak olan uzaktan eğitim faaliyetlerinin daha iyi ve verimli olmasına ışık tutabilecek olmasını çalışmaya önem kazandırmıştır

Abstract
The aim of the study; The New Coronavirus Disease (Covid 19) epidemic in Turkey and all over the world; The purpose of this study is to determine its effect on educational activities in line with the opinions of teachers. The universe of the research, which is in the scanning model, consists of teachers working in official secondary schools and high schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education in Gölbaşı District of Ankara. 140 teachers participated in the sample group. The data were collected by adapting the "School Administrators' Opinions Scale on the Effect of the Epidemic Process (Covid-19) on Educational Activities" developed by Külekçi Akyavuz and Çakın (2020). The questionnaire form consists of two parts, Personal Information and Interview Questions. The interview questions in the second part consist of 5 parts and a total of 50 questions. The questionnaire was applied to the sample group in April 2022. The online Google forms program was used to collect the data. The data obtained as a result of the research were analyzed using the IBM SPSS statistical package program using the t-test in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, gender and school type, and one-way variance analysis test in terms of professional seniority.
As a result of the research, it can be said with the opinions of teachers that the Covid-19 epidemic, which has been experienced throughout the world, has affected the education system negatively as well as affecting other systems. The results of the research reveal the shortcomings. It has been observed that teachers have an opinion that face-to-face education is better. Increasing workloads and problems experienced were tried to be revealed. The fact that it can shed light on the better and more efficient distance education activities to be carried out in extraordinary situations in the future has added importance to the study
