Abstract
Günümüz teknolojisi hem ebeveynler hem de çocuklarımız için son derece cezbedicidir. Ancak bu teknolojiyi akıllıca kullanabilirsek mükemmel bir bilgi ve gelişim kaynağı olur. Sınır tanımadan aşırı ve denetimsiz kullanıldığında, çocuklarımızda birtakım olumsuz etkiler oluşturur. Bu çalışmada teknolojinin olumsuz etkilerinden biri olan teknoloji bağımlılığının özellikle ilkokul öğrencileri üzerindeki olumsuz etkileri ve bu olumsuz durumlarda ebeveynlere nasıl davranmaları gerektiği hakkında yardımcı olmak amaçlanmıştır. Burada öncelikle üzerinde durmamız gereken husus internetin kötüye kullanımını engellemek ve bilinçli internet kullanımını hakkında doğru bilgiler vermek olmalıdır. Ebeveynlere düşen en önemli görev ise çocuklarıyla birlikte doğru şekilde internet kullanmayı öğretmek ve çocuklara örnek teşkil edecek davranışlar sergilemek gerekir.
Ailelerin de çocuklarına örnek teşkil etmek adına telefonla ve bilgisayarla çok vakit geçirmemeleri, çocuklarının boş zamanlarını verimli geçirecekleri aktiviteler bulmaları, ailecek kitap okuma etkinlikleri yapmak, sanatsal ve sportif etkinliklerle onların sağlıklı gelişimlerine destek olmak, çocuklarımızın doğru internet kullanma alışkanlığı konusunda bilinçlendirilmesi, internet kullanımı ile ilgili çocuklara kural koyulması, ebeveynlerin net ve kararlı tutum sergilemesi, ilkokul öğrencilerinin internet bağımlılığının önlenmesi için tavsiye niteliğinde öneriler sunulmaktadır.

Today's technology is extremely attractive for both parents and our children. But if we can use this technology wisely, it will be an excellent source of knowledge and development. When used excessively and unsupervised without limitations, it creates a number of negative effects on our children. In this study, it is aimed to help about the negative effects of technology addiction, which is one of the negative effects of technology, especially on primary school students and how parents should behave in these negative situations. The first thing we need to focus on here is to prevent the abuse of the internet and to provide accurate information about conscious internet use. The most important task of parents is to teach them to use the internet correctly with their children and to exhibit exemplary behaviors for children.
It has been observed that families limit the time they use the computer to prevent their children from staying in front of the internet for a long time, and when the children do not stick to the limitation, the phones and tablets are taken away from the children and removed from the environment. Children who suffer from internet deprivation start to cry by feeling disobedience, anger outbursts, unjustified aggression, boredom and go even further and prevent themselves or the people and things around them.
