Abstract
Okul müdürlerinin deprem öncesi ve sonrası kriz yönetimi yeterliklerini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen araştırma, genel tarama modelinde tasarlanmış nicel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmaya 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılında Hatay ili İskenderun ilçesinde MEB bünyesinde çalışan 325 öğretmen ve 346 okul yöneticisi katılım göstermiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Adıgüzel (2007) tarafından geliştirilen “Kriz Yönetimi” ölçeği ve kişisel bilgilere yönelik soru maddeleri kullanılmıştır. Veriler Google Form aracılığıyla toplanarak SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre okul müdürlerinin kriz yönetim yeterliliklerinin öğretmen algılarına göre “kararsızım” aralığında orta düzeyde, müdür yardımcıları ve okul müdürlerinin algılarına göre “katılıyorum” aralığında yüksek düzeyde olduğu; eğitim düzeyi, yaş, kıdem ve çalışılan eğitim kademesine göre farklılaşmadığı ancak cinsiyet ve unvana göre farklılaştığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The research, which was conducted to determine the crisis management competencies of school principals before and after the earthquake, is a quantitative research designed in the general survey model. In the 2023-2024 academic year, 325 teachers and 346 school administrators working within the MoNE in İskenderun district of Hatay province participated in the study. In the study, the "Crisis Management" scale developed by Adıgüzel (2007) and question items for personal information were used as data collection tools. The data were collected through Google Form and analysed with SPSS software. According to the findings of the research, it was concluded that the crisis management competencies of school principals were at a medium level in the "undecided" range according to the perceptions of teachers, and at a high level in the "agree" range according to the perceptions of assistant principals and school principals; they did not differ according to the level of education, age, seniority and the level of education worked, but they differed according to gender and title.
