Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı son yıllarda eğitim yönetiminde liderliğin öneminin artması nedeniyle etkili eğitim lideri olması beklenen okul müdürlerinin öğretme davranışlarını ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Basılı ve elektronik kitap, dergi, makale ve tezlerin taranması sonuçlarının toplanıp sentezlenmesiyle doküman analizi gerçekleştirildi. Araştırma sonucunda günümüzün hızla gelişen ve değişen koşullarında etkili bir liderin eğitimsel liderliğinin okul başarısı ile doğru orantılı olduğu ve liderin sürekli olarak kendini yenilemesi ve çevresini bu yönde etkilemesi gerektiği ortaya çıkmıştır. öğrencilerin gelişimine uygun bir öğrenme ortamının oluşturulması gerekmektedir. Ayrıca çalışma sonucunda etkili bir eğitim lideri için iyi bir eğitim sürecinin gerekliliği değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to reveal the teaching behaviors of school principals who are expected to be effective educational leaders due to the increasing importance of leadership in educational administration in recent years. The research was conducted using document analysis method, which is one of the qualitative research methods. Document analysis was carried out by collecting and synthesizing the results of scanning printed and electronic books, journals, articles and theses. As a result of the research, it was revealed that the educational leadership of an effective leader in today's rapidly developing and changing conditions is directly proportional to school success and that the leader should constantly renew himself and influence his environment in this direction. a learning environment suitable for the development of students should be created. In addition, as a result of the study, the necessity of a good training process for an effective educational leader was evaluated.
