Abstract
Eğitimde cinsiyet eşitliği, toplumsal adalet ve kapsayıcılık için temel bir gerekliliktir. Bu çalışma, eğitim politikalarındaki mevcut durumu incelemekte ve cinsiyet eşitliğinin teşvik edilmesine yönelik stratejiler önermektedir. Araştırma, ulusal eğitim politikaları, yasal düzenlemeler ve cinsiyet eşitliğini destekleyen uygulamalar üzerinden geniş bir karşılaştırmalı analiz yapmaktadır. Cinsiyet eşitliği, kadınların ve erkeklerin eşit haklara, fırsatlara ve statülere sahip olması anlamına gelir ve eğitimdeki cinsiyet temelli ayrımcılığın önlenmesi bu süreçte kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Küresel düzeyde, kadınların ve erkeklerin eğitim olanaklarına erişiminde belirgin farklılıklar bulunmakta, cinsiyet temelli eğitim fırsat eşitsizlikleri mevcuttur. Eğitimde cinsiyet eşitliğini teşvik etmeye yönelik politika ve stratejiler, öğrencilere cinsiyet eşitliği konusunda farkındalık kazandırmak, cinsiyet temelli ayrımcılığı azaltmak ve eğitimde fırsat eşitliğini sağlamak amacıyla geliştirilmektedir. Cinsiyet eşitliği konusunda öncü olan ülkelerin deneyimleri, etkili stratejilerin belirlenmesine yardımcı olurken, cinsiyet eşitliğini sağlamak için kültürel, toplumsal, ekonomik ve yapısal zorlukların üstesinden gelinmesi gerekmektedir. Gelecekte, cinsiyet eşitliği hedeflerine ulaşabilmek için politika yapıcıların, eğitimcilerin ve toplumun birlikte çalışması ve etkili stratejilerin benimsenmesi önem taşımaktadır.

Abstract
Gender equality in education is a fundamental requirement for social justice and inclusion. This study examines the current state of education policies and proposes strategies to promote gender equality. The research provides a broad comparative analysis of national education policies, legislation and practices that promote gender equality. Gender equality means that women and men have equal rights, opportunities and status, and preventing gender-based discrimination in education plays a critical role in this process. At the global level, there are significant differences in women's and men's access to educational opportunities, and gender-based inequalities in educational opportunities exist. Policies and strategies to promote gender equality in education are developed to raise awareness among students on gender equality, reduce gender-based discrimination and ensure equal opportunities in education. While the experiences of countries leading the way in gender equality can help identify effective strategies, cultural, social, economic and structural challenges need to be overcome to achieve gender equality. In the future, it is important that policy makers, educators and society work together and adopt effective strategies to achieve gender equality goals.
