Abstract
Tarama modeline dayalı bu araştırmada, okul yöneticilerinin inovatif düşünme eğilimlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu İzmir İlinde bulunan devlet okullarında görev yapan ve çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 110 okul yöneticisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanması sürecinde okul yöneticileri için, Bilir, Akbaş ve Darıca (2022) tarafından geliştirilen inovatif düşünme eğilimleri ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, katılımcıların inovatif düşünme eğilimi algıları ortalamanın üzerinde bir değer üstünde çıktığı tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada ayrıca, katılımcıların inovatif düşünme eğilimleri cinsiyet, yaş, hizmet yılı değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel olarak farklılık göstermiştir.

Abstract
In this research based on the survey model, aims to examine the innovative thinking tendencies of school administrators according to various variables. The study group of the research consists of 110 school administrators working in public schools in Izmir Province and participating in the study voluntarily. During the data collection process in the study, the innovative thinking tendencies scale developed by Bilir, Akbaş and Darıca (2022) was used for school administrators. According to the research results, it was determined that the participants' perception of innovative thinking tendency was above the average. In the study, the innovative thinking tendencies of the participants showed statistical differences according to gender, age and years of service
