Abstract
Öğretmen algılarına göre öğretmenevlerinin hizmet kalitesinin belirlenmesine yönelik bu araştırma tarama modeli ile yürütülmüş olup 2023-2024 eğitim yılında Ordu merkezdeki resmi okullarda çalışan 219 öğretmenle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri; Bayar vd. (2022)‘nin geliştirdiği “Öğretmenevlerine Yönelik Hizmet Kalitesi Ölçeği” ile çevrim içi yöntemle toplanmış olup SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre öğretmenlerin öğretmenevlerinin hizmet kalitesi algı ortalamalarının birbirine yakın ve ortalama seviyede olduğu, cinsiyet ve medeni durum değişkenlerine göre istatistiksel düzeyde farklılaşma oluştuğu ancak eğitim düzeyi, yaş ve kıdem aralığına göre istatistiksel düzeyde farklılaşma oluşmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmış olup uygulayıcı ve araştırmacılara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

Abstract
This research, which aims to determine the service quality of teacher houses according to teachers’ perceptions, was conducted with a survey model and was carried out with 219 teachers working in public schools in the centre of Ordu in the 2023-2024 academic year. The data of the study were collected online with the “Service Quality Scale for Teachers’ Houses” developed by Bayar et al. (2022) and analysed with SPSS software. According to the findings of the research, it was concluded that teachers’ perceptions of the service quality of teachers’ houses were close to each other and at an average level, there was a statistical differentiation according to gender and marital status variables, but there was no statistical differentiation according to education level, age and seniority range, and suggestions were made for practitioners and researchers.
