Abstract
Okullarda yaşanan disiplin sorunları, eğitim sürecinde ciddi engeller oluşturarak öğrenme ortamını olumsuz yönde etkiler. Bu sorunlar, öğrencilerin akademik başarısını doğrudan etkileyerek, dikkatlerini dağıtır ve öğrenmeye olan motivasyonlarını düşürür. Sınıf içi etkileşimler zarar görür; öğrenciler arasında çatışmalar ve anlayış eksikliği artabilir. Öğretmen ve öğrenci arasındaki saygı ve iletişim köprüleri zedelenebilir, bu da eğitimdeki verimliliği düşürür. Aynı zamanda, genel okul ortamı gergin ve güvensiz bir hale gelebilir, okulun eğitimdeki asıl amacından sapmasına neden olabilir. Disiplin sorunlarının psikolojik danışman görüşlerine göre incelenmesini amaçlayan bu araştırmada nitel yöntemlerden olgubilim desen kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerine ulaşmak amacıyla beş sorudan oluşan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin içerik analizi tekniği ile çözümlenmesiyle ulaşılan bazı sonuçlar; en fazla karşılaşılan disiplin sorununun şiddet olduğu, disiplin sorunlarının en büyük etkisinin akademik başarısızlık olduğu, disiplin sorunlarının nedenleri başında aile ilgisizliğinin geldiği, disiplin sorunlarına karşı en etkili yöntemin iletişim kurma olduğu ve disiplin sorunlarının önlenmesinde en etkili yöntemin anında müdahale şeklindedir.

Disciplinary problems experienced in schools negatively affect the learning environment by creating serious obstacles in the education process. These problems directly affect students' academic success, distracting them and reducing their motivation to learn. Classroom interactions suffer; Conflicts and lack of understanding among students may increase. The bridges of respect and communication between teacher and student may be damaged, which reduces the efficiency in education. At the same time, the overall school environment can become tense and unsafe, causing the school to deviate from its original purpose in education. In this research, which aims to evaluate disciplinary problems according to the opinions of psychological counselors, a phenomenological pattern, one of the qualitative methods, was used. A semi-structured interview form consisting of five questions was used to obtain research data. Some results obtained by analyzing the data with the content analysis technique; The most common disciplinary problem is violence, the biggest impact of disciplinary problems is academic failure, family indifference is the main reason for disciplinary problems, the most effective method against disciplinary problems is communication, and the most effective method to prevent disciplinary problems is immediate intervention.
