Abstract
Yapılan bu derleme makale çalışmasında teknolojik liderliğin eğitim yönetim üzerindeki etkisi ve bu iki kavram arasındaki ilişkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu bakımdan teknolojik liderlik ile eğitim yönetim süreçlerinin nasıl işlendiği ve bu iki kavram arasında nasıl bir ilişkinin olduğu çalışmanın problematiğini oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın gerekçesi ise teknolojik gelişmelerin eğitim hayatına girmesiyle geleneksel eğitim modelleri yerine çağdaş eğitim modelleri yer alması sonucu eğitim sürecinde yeni kavram, yaklaşım, kuram ve uygulamaların daha iyi anlaşılmasına yöneliktir. Yapılan çalışmada kaynak derlemesi yapılmıştır. Bu bakımdan teknolojik liderlik ve eğitim yönetimi alanına ilişkin yapılmış makale, haber, dergi, net yazısı vb. argümanlar derlenmiştir. Bu bakımdan çalışmada içerik analizine başvurulmuştur. Yapılan çalışmada elde edilen bulgulara göre teknolojik liderlik süreçlerinin eğitim yönetiminde uygulanmaya başlandığı ancak henüz istenilen düzeyde olmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Derleme çalışmalarında okul yöneticileri ile yapılan çalışmaların daha fazla olduğu ve okul ortamlarının daha fazla tercih edildiği görülmektedir. Ayrıca teknolojik liderlik kavramı yerine dönüşümcü liderlik kavramının da çok kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Çalışma sonunda teknolojik gelişmelerden kaynaklı eğitim süreçlerinin modern bir eğitim sürecine girdiği çalışmaların ortak görüşü olarak ele alınabilir. Bu bakımdan teknolojik liderlik süreçleri henüz yeni yeni uygulanmasına rağmen geleneksel eğitim modelleri yerine çağdaş eğitim modellerini ön plana çıkarmıştır. Bu da hümanist yaklaşımın daha etkin olmasına, bireyin odağa alınmasına, aktif öğrenme, bireysel farklılıklar, harmanlanmış ve aktif eğitim ve çoklu zekâ uygulamaları şeklinde yeni eğitim süreçlerinin ortaya çıkmasına yardımcı olmuştur.

Abstract
In this review article, it is aimed to examine the effect of technological leadership on educational administration and the relationship between these two concepts. In this respect, how technological leadership and educational management processes are processed and what kind of a relationship there is between these two concepts constitute the problematic of the study. The rationale for this study is to better understand the new concepts, approaches, theories and practices in the education process as a result of the introduction of technological developments into education life and the replacement of traditional education models with contemporary education models. In the study, a source compilation was made. In this respect, articles, news, magazines, journals, net articles, etc. arguments related to technological leadership and educational administration were compiled. In this respect, content analysis was used in the study. According to the findings of the study, it was determined that technological leadership processes have started to be applied in educational administration, but not yet at the desired level. It is seen that there are more studies conducted with school administrators in review studies and school environments are more preferred. In addition, it is seen that the concept of transformational leadership is used a lot instead of the concept of technological leadership. At the end of the study, it can be considered as the common opinion of the studies that the education processes have entered a modern education process due to technological developments. In this respect, although technological leadership processes have only recently been implemented, they have brought contemporary education models to the forefront instead of traditional education models. This has helped the humanistic approach to be more effective, focusing on the individual, active learning, individual differences, blended and active education and multiple intelligence applications.
