Ortaokullarda Görev Yapan Öğretmenlerin Bilimsel Okuryazarlıklarının Etkili Okul Hedeflerine Ulaşmadaki Etkisi

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı ortaokul öğretmenlerinin bilimsel okuryazarlık düzeylerinin etkili okul hedeflerine katkısını araştırmaktır. Araştırmada yöntem olarak kolay örnekleme modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 2022-2023 eğitim-öğretim yılında Siirt'in Şirvan İlçesinde görev yapan 15 ortaokul öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında yarı yapılandırılmış ‘‘Öğretmen Görüşme Formu’’ kullanılmıştır. Görüşmeler esnasında elde edilen veriler değişiklik yapılmadan yazılı olarak elde edilmiştir. Görüşme soruları ve cevaplar araştırmanın amacı doğrultusunda sınıflandırılmıştır. Görüşülen kişilerin adları kullanılmamış yerine Katılımcılar K olarak kodlanmıştır. Araştırmada bilimsel okuryazarlık ile etkili okul hedeflerine ulaşmadaki etkisini belirlemede nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden olan içerik analizi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada ulaşılan sonuçlar, ortaokul öğretmenlerinin bilimsel okuryazarlık düzeyleri ile etkili okul hedefleri arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Öğretmenlerin bilimsel okuryazarlık düzeylerinin artmasının etkili okul hedeflerine katkı sağlayacağı yönünde sonuçlar elde edilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the contribution of secondary school teachers' scientific literacy levels to effective school goals. Easy sampling model was used as a method in the research. The sample of the research consists of 15 secondary school teachers working in the Şirvan District of Siirt in the 2022-2023 academic year. A semi-structured "Teacher Interview Form" was used to collect the data. The data obtained during the interviews were obtained in written form without making any changes. Interview questions and answers were classified according to the purpose of the research. Instead of using the names of the interviewees, Participants were coded as K. Content analysis, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research to determine the effect of scientific literacy and effective school goals. The results obtained in the study show that there is a positive relationship between the scientific literacy levels of secondary school teachers and effective school goals. Results have been obtained that increasing the scientific literacy levels of teachers will contribute to effective school goals.
