Abstract
Bu makalede, eğitimde program geliştirmenin felsefi temelleri ele alınmaktadır. Eğitim programları, sadece bilgi aktarımını değil, aynı zamanda bireylerin düşünsel ve etik gelişimini de hedeflemektedir. Felsefi yaklaşımlar, eğitimde program geliştirme sürecinin temelini oluşturarak, öğretim yöntemleri, öğrenme süreçleri ve değerlendirmenin nasıl şekilleneceğini belirlemektedir. Makalede, eğitim felsefeleri olan idealizm, realizm, pragmatizm ve yapısalcılığın program geliştirme üzerindeki etkileri incelenmektedir. Bu felsefi temeller, eğitimde bireyin aktif katılımını, eleştirel düşünme becerilerini ve sosyal sorumluluk bilincini geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Ayrıca, eğitim programlarının toplumsal bağlamda nasıl anlam kazandığı ve bireylerin yaşam becerilerini nasıl desteklediği tartışılmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, eğitimde program geliştirmenin felsefi temelleri, eğitim sistemlerinin daha etkili ve anlamlı hale gelmesi için gerekli olan düşünsel çerçeveyi sunmakta; bireylerin bütünsel gelişimini destekleyen bir eğitim anlayışının önemini vurgulamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, eğitim programlarının felsefi boyutları, öğretim süreçlerinin kalitesini artırmak için kritik bir rol oynamaktadır.
