Writing Rules


International QMX JOURNAL WRITING PRINCIPLES
TITLE

The article must contain English and Turkish titles. Headings should be 11 point font (Bold and Times New Roman Font Style).

AUTHOR(S) NAME INFORMATION

Author names should be given as follows. AUTHOR INFORMATION SHOULD NOT BE WRITTEN AS FOOTNOTE.

For example:

Author Title. Author Name Surname

Institution, Faculty or Vocational School Name, Department Name, Email Address, Province/Turkey

The ORCID code of each author should be added.

ORCID is a 16-digit numbered URI that complies with the ISO Standard (ISO 27729), also known as the International Standard Name Identifier (ISNI). You can register for individual ORCID free of charge at https://orcid.org/register.

ABSTRACT and KEYWORDS

Original articles must be in Turkish (Abstract) and English (Abstract), consisting of at least 100 and at most 300 words.

Under the summary and abstract, a maximum of 3-5 words in Turkish (Keywords) and English (Keywords) should be included.

PAGE LAYOUT

The page layout must be structured in accordance with the following values:

Paper Size: A4 Vertical (Landscape pages should not be included in the article)

Top Margin: 2.5 cm

Bottom Margin: 2.5 cm

Left Margin: 2.5 cm

Right Margin: 2.5 cm

Font: Times New Roman (Justified)

Font Size: 11 points in the title, 11 points in the text, 10 points in the abstracts and 8 points in the footnotes.

Paragraph Spacing: 6 pt before - 6 pt after, In Abstracts: 6 pt before - 6 pt after (0 pt before and after in Tables)

Line Spacing: Single

PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE PAGE NUMBERS IN THE STUDY AND DO NOT BREAK BETWEEN PAGES.

NUMBERING OF TITLES

The main headings of the study should not be numbered starting from the INTRODUCTION section.

MAIN HEADINGS of the study should be written in CAPITAL LETTERS, and sub-headings should be written with the first letters in capital letters.

FORMAT OF CHOICE OF SOURCES IN THE TEXT

For citations made within the text, the format (Author surname, Year: Page Number) or (Author surname, Year) should be used, and citation notation in the form of footnotes should not be used.

SOURCE

Depending on the author's preference, one of the APA or MLA systems can be used.

At the end of the text, a list of the sources used in the study is given under the REFERENCES heading. This bibliography, which lists the references used in the study, is prepared in alphabetical order according to the author's surname.
