- If there are any incompleteness or problems in the works uploaded to the QMX Journal journal system, the article is returned to the author by the editors with corrections requested.

QMX journal; It requests an article acceptance fee because it performs web page hosting, internet domain name, DOI assignment for each work, graphic and page design and indexing operations through the company from which it purchases the service. The article acceptance fee requested from the authors is used to cover the costs of converting the articles to the stage of publication.

- Referees are appointed by the editor for the studies for which the article acceptance fee has been paid and the publication process is initiated.

ARBITRATOR PROCESS PHASE

- For studies whose editorial evaluation has been completed, referee professors are called by the field editors or a referee evaluation request is sent via e-mail.

- Referees are asked if they have free time to make an evaluation. Studies are sent for evaluation to at least 2 referees who receive positive responses.

- With BLIND REFEREEING, the names of the referees and authors are kept mutually confidential.

- To evaluate the articles sent to the referees, if the evaluation is not completed, a reminder e-mail is sent on the 7th, 15th and 21st days. The referee evaluation period is a maximum of 30 days. A new referee is appointed for studies not reported at the end of this period.

- Articles that receive a POSITIVE REFEREE REPORT from the referee evaluation are entitled to be published.

- The referees who evaluate the studies evaluate the studies by taking into account the following elements. In addition, authors have the opportunity to review referee evaluations of their work from the journal system. The following criteria are taken into consideration in referee evaluations.

Scientificity and originality
Suitability of the article in terms of language and expression
Discussion and scope of the subject
Subject integrity
Accessing original and first-hand sources
Access to new scientific studies and resources

Mastery of the terminology of the field

Getting results

- Studies that receive a positive (publishable report) as a result of the referee evaluation are sent to the design company and the designs are expected to be completed. The completed works are published in the relevant issue.

- The referee may request corrections to be made in the work he/she evaluates. Additionally, you can select the option "I want to see the edited version of the work again" or "I do not want to see the edited version again". Whichever option is selected by the referee, the author must rearrange his/her work according to the referee's correction suggestions and upload the corrected manuscript to the journal system. After the corrected text of the relevant article is uploaded to the journal system by the author, it is automatically sent to the referee by the system.

- The referee process must be followed meticulously by the author. It would be reasonable to wait for both referees to evaluate the reviewer before making correction suggestions. Authors should take care to complete the correction files within 7 to 10 days in order to reach the issue of their publications.

- Authors may object to the referee report within a reasonable framework and with convincing data. Objections are reviewed by the journal management and, if deemed appropriate, the opinions of a different referee (or referees) may be consulted on the subject.

- Journal editors meticulously follow the corrections made by the referees. Accordingly, editors may decide whether to publish or not publish an article.

ARTICLE DESIGN AND PUBLISHING PHASE

- The works whose referee process has been completed positively are sent to the company from which the design service was received and the design of the works is expected.

- The completed works are checked by the editor and the works completed without any problems are placed in the publication queue.

- Studies whose publication process has been completed are added to the final issue to be published and published.

- For published studies, an e-mail is sent to the author by the journal system informing that your study has been published.
