Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı okul yöneticilerine göre okul müdürlerinin karar verme stillerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada nitel araştırma metodolojisi kullanılmış ve 14 kişiyle derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Okul yöneticileri, karar alma süreçlerinde katılım ve işbirliğine vurgu yaparak öğrenci ve öğretmen ihtiyaçlarını ön planda tutmaktadır. Şeffaf iletişim ve bilgilendirici bir ortam oluşturma çabaları, personeli süreç hakkında bilgilendirme arzusu ve değişim gerektiren durumlarda ortak bir vizyon oluşturma çabaları, kurumsal iletişim ve yönetişim açısından olumlu bir yaklaşım sergilemektedir. Yenilikçi projelerde öğretmenlerle işbirliği, eğitim metotlarına yönelik gelişim, öğrenci-veli memnuniyeti ve genel başarı hedeflerine odaklanma, yöneticilerin uzun vadeli bir vizyon oluşturma ve sürdürülebilir başarı için çaba gösterme isteklerini göstermektedir. Okul yöneticileri, değişen eğitim dinamiklerine hızla adapte olma ve öğrenci odaklılık gibi unsurları karar alma stratejilerinde merkezi bir rol olarak benimsemektedir. Bu, okul yönetiminin sürdürülebilir başarı ve öğrenci başarısı için etkili bir temel oluşturduğunu özetlemektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the views of teachers on the decision-making styles of school administrators. In this context, qualitative research methodology was used in the study and in-depth interviews were conducted with 14 participants. School administrators prioritize student and teacher needs by emphasizing participation and cooperation in decision-making processes. Their efforts to create a transparent communication and informative environment, their desire to inform the staff about the process, and their efforts to create a common vision in situations that require change show a positive approach in terms of institutional communication and governance. Collaboration with teachers in innovative projects, development of educational methods, student-parent satisfaction and focus on overall achievement goals show the administrators' willingness to create a long-term vision and strive for sustainable success. School administrators adopt elements such as rapid adaptation to changing educational dynamics and student orientation as a central role in their decision-making strategies. This summarizes that school management provides an effective foundation for sustainable success and student achievement.
