Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı okul iklimi ve öğrenci güvenliğine yönelik görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada nitel araştırma metodolojisi kullanılmış ve 14 öğretmenle derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre öğretmenlerin önerdiği stratejiler, sınıf içinde güven ortamının oluşturulmasında etkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Açık iletişim, grup çalışmaları ve sorumluluk paylaşımı gibi uygulamalar, öğrenciler arasında olumlu bir etkileşim ve işbirliği atmosferi yaratma amacına hizmet etmektedir. Bu stratejiler aynı zamanda öğrencilere duygusal destek sağlama ve duygusal ihtiyaçlarına duyarlılık gösterme amacını taşımaktadır. Duygu paylaşım köşesi, güvenilir arkadaş sistemleri ve duygusal check-in oturumları gibi yaklaşımlar, sınıf içinde bir güven duygusu oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Yönlendirici sorular sorma pratiği ise öğrencilerin düşünsel katılımını artırarak etkileşimli bir öğrenme ortamı sağlamaktadır. Bu stratejiler, öğrenci ilişkilerini güçlendirerek öğrencilerin sınıf ortamına olumlu bir bakış açısıyla yaklaşmalarına katkıda bulunmaktadır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate their views on school climate and student safety. In this context, qualitative research methodology was used in the study and in-depth interviews were conducted with 14 teachers. According to the results obtained, the strategies suggested by the teachers show that they are effective in creating an environment of trust in the classroom. Practices such as open communication, group work and sharing responsibility serve the purpose of creating an atmosphere of positive interaction and cooperation among students. These strategies also aim to provide students with emotional support and sensitivity to their emotional needs. Approaches such as the emotion sharing corner, trusted friend systems and emotional check-in sessions aim to build a sense of trust in the classroom. The practice of asking leading questions increases students' intellectual engagement and provides an interactive learning environment. These strategies strengthen student relationships and contribute to students' positive approach to the classroom environment.
