Abstract
Bu araştırma öğretmenlerin okul stratejik plan hazırlama sürecindeki görüşlerini tespit etmek ve bu görüşlerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısında farklılaşma durumunu ortaya çıkarmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama modelinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılında Samsun ili Asarcık ve Kavak ilçelerinde resmi okullarda görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem evren içerisinden basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenmiş 202 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada Prof. Dr. Mehmet ÜNLÜ ve Gökhan KAVALCI (2013) tarafından geliştirilen Eğitimde Stratejik Planlamaya İlgili Öğretmen Görüşler anketi kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçeğin yanında katılımcıların demografik özelliklerini belirlemek için kişisel bilgiler formu kullanılmıştır. Toplanan verilerin analizinde SPSS paket programı kullanılmıştır. Frekans, yüzde, standart sapma, aritmetik ortalama, basıklık çarpıklık gibi istatistiki bilgilere yer verilmiştir. Ölçme aracında elde edilen bulguların analiz sonucuna göre stratejik planlama ile ilgili öğretmen görüşlerinin olum yönde olduğu ve ölçek genelinde öğretmen görüşlerinin katılıyorum düzeyinde olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan değişkenlerden yaş değişkeni ve okul türü değişkeni açısından öğretmenlerin stratejik planla sürecine ilişkin görüşlerinde anlamlı farklılıklara rastlanmıştır.

Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the views of teachers on the process of preparing school strategic plans and to reveal the differentiation of these views in terms of various variables. The research was conducted in the survey model from quantitative research methods. The population of the study consists of teachers working in public schools in Asarcık and Kavak districts of Samsun province in the 2023-2024 academic year. The sample consists of 202 teachers determined by simple random sampling method from the universe. In the study, Teacher Opinions on Strategic Planning in Education questionnaire developed by Prof. Dr. Mehmet ÜNLÜ and Gökhan KAVALCI (2013) was used. In addition to this scale, a personal information form was used to determine the demographic characteristics of the participants. SPSS package program was used to analyze the collected data. Statistical information such as frequency, percentage, standard deviation, arithmetic mean, kurtosis and skewness were included. According to the results of the analysis of the findings obtained in the measurement tool, it was concluded that teachers' views on strategic planning were positive and that teachers' views were at the level of agreement throughout the scale. Among the variables used in the study, significant differences were found in teachers' views on the strategic planning process in terms of age variable and school type variable.
