Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokul öğretmenlerinin presenteeism algılarını belirlemek ve kişisel özelliklerin presenteeisme etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma Ordu ilinin İkizce, Çaybaşı ve Ünye ilçelerinde 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılı Güz döneminde kamu ortaokullarında görev yapan 158 öğretmenle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri Uslukaya, Demirtaş ve Alanoğlu (2022) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Presenteeism Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Ulaşılan sonuçlar şunlardır: Öğretmenlerin presenteeism algıları orta düzeydedir. Öğretmenlerin cinsiyet ve süreğen hastalık değişkenleri onların presenteeism algılarını etkilemezken yaş ve medeni durum değişkenleri presenteeism algılarını etkilemektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of secondary school teachers about presenteeism and to examine the effect of personal characteristics on presenteeism. The research was conducted with 158 teachers working in public secondary schools in Ikizce, Çaybaşı and Ünye districts of Ordu province during the fall semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. The data of the research were collected using the Organizational Presenteeism Scale developed by Uslukaya, Demirtaş and Alanoğlu (2022). The results obtained are as follows: Teachers' perceptions of presenteeism are at an intermediate level. While gender and continuous illness variables of teachers do not affect their perceptions of presenteeism, age and marital status variables affect their perceptions of presenteeism.
