Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı ortaokul öğretmenlerinin iş yaşam kalitesine dair algılarını belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Ankara ilinin Altındağ ilçesinde 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılının I. döneminde kamu ortaokullarında görev yapan 172 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın verilerini toplamak için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen 3 soruluk Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve , Akar ve Üstüner (2017) tarafından Türkçeye uyarlama çalışması yapılan İş Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri internet üzerinden toplanmış ve SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Normal dağılım gösteren araştırma verilerinde iki faktörlü değişkenler için t-Testi, üç ve daha fazla faktörlü değişkenler için Anova Analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularından hareketle ulaşılan sonuçlar şunlardır: Öğretmenlerin iş yaşam kalitesine dair algıları yüksek düzeydedir. Öğretmenlerin cinsiyet değişkenleri onların iş yaşam kalitesine dair algılarını etkilememektedir. İş Yaşamında Stres alt boyutunda kadın öğretmenlerin algıları erkek öğretmenlere nazaran yüksektir. Öğretmenlerin mesleki kıdem değişkenleri onların iş yaşam kalitesine dair algılarını etkilememektedir. Öğretmenlerin Çalışma Koşulları alt boyutundaki algısı ile mesleki kıdem arasında negatif yönde bir ilişki vardır. Öğretmenlerin dersine girdiği öğrenci sayısı değişkeni onların iş yaşam kalitesine dair algılarını etkilememektedir. Öğrenci sayısı öğretmen algılarından İşi Kontrol Edebilme boyutunda etkili bir değişkendir. Gereğinden az ve gereğinden fazla öğrenciye sahip olmanın İşi Kontrol Edebilme algısına olumsuz bir etkisi olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of secondary school teachers about the quality of work life. The study group of the study was conducted in Altindag district of Ankara Province for the first part of the 2023-2024 academic year. it constitutes 172 teachers working in public secondary schools during the period. In order to collect the data of the research, a 3-question Personal Information Form developed by the researcher and the Work Quality of Life Scale, which was adapted into Turkish by Akar and Üstüner (2017), were used. The research data were collected over the Internet and analyzed with the SPSS program. In the research data showing normal distribution, t-Test was used for two-factor variables and Anova Analysis was used for three-factor and more factor variables. The results obtained based on the findings of the research are as follows: Teachers' perceptions about the quality of work life are at a high level. Gender variables of teachers do not affect their perceptions about the quality of work life. The perceptions of female teachers in the sub-dimension of Stress in Business Life are higher compared to male teachers. The professional seniority variables of teachers do not affect their perceptions about the quality of work life. There is a negative relationship between Teachers' perception of Working Conditions in the sub-dimension and professional seniority. Dec. The variable of the number of students entering the course of teachers does not affect their perceptions of the quality of work life. The number of students is an effective variable in the dimension of Controlling the Work from teacher perceptions. It has been concluded that having too few and too many students has a negative impact on the perception of being Able to Control the Work.
