Abstract
Dijital dönüşüm, eğitim sektöründe önemli ve etkileyici bir gelişmedir. Bu makale, eğitimde dijital dönüşümün çok yönlü doğasını ve eğitim yönetimindeki kilit rolünü vurgulamaktadır. Dijital teknolojilerin eğitime entegrasyonu, öğrenme ve öğretme süreçlerinde devrim niteliğinde değişikliklere neden olmaktadır. Eğitim kurumlarının yönetim yaklaşımlarını yeniden şekillendiren bu süreç, öğrencilere ve eğitimcilere zaman ve mekan sınırlamalarını aşan bir öğrenme ortamı sunmaktadır. Uzaktan eğitim ve çevrimiçi öğrenme platformları sayesinde esneklik artmakta, teknoloji bireysel öğrenme ihtiyaçlarına uygun kişiselleştirilmiş eğitim deneyimleri sunmaktadır. Dijital araçlar, öğrencilerin ders içeriğiyle etkileşimli bir biçimde bağlantı kurmalarını sağlayarak öğrenmeyi daha ilgi çekici hale getirir. Ayrıca, eğitimcilerin öğrenci performansını izlemelerine ve değerlendirmelerine olanak tanıyan teknoloji, öğrenci başarısını artırmak ve kişiselleştirilmiş eğitim stratejileri geliştirmek için önemli bir araçtır. Dijital dönüşüm aynı zamanda eğitim yönetiminde de önemli değişikliklere neden olmuştur. Bu nedenle, eğitimcilerin ve yöneticilerin sürekli olarak teknolojiyi etkili bir şekilde kullanma becerilerini geliştirmeleri ve öğrencilere dijital çağın gerektirdiği becerileri kazandırmak için çaba göstermeleri gerekmektedir.

Distance education and online learning platforms increase flexibility, and technology offers personalized educational experiences tailored to individual learning needs. Digital tools make learning more engaging by allowing students to interactively connect with course content. In addition, technology that allows educators to monitor and evaluate student performance is an important tool for improving student achievement and developing personalized educational strategies. Digital transformation has also led to significant changes in education management. Tools such as data analytics, online learning management systems, mobile applications and interactive educational tools make educational management processes more effective and student-oriented. However, it is important to note that challenges such as internet access, technology adaptation and security are important factors to overcome. Therefore, educators and administrators need to continuously improve their ability to use technology effectively and strive to provide students with the skills required by the digital age.
