Abstract
ÖZET
Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin profesyonel gelişimi: mesleki gelişim programlarının etkinliği ve iyileştirme yollarına yönelik görüşlerinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada nitel araştırma metodolojisi kullanılmış ve 14 kişiyle derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Öğretmen ifadeleri, mesleki gelişim programlarının öğretmenler üzerindeki olumlu etkilerini vurgulayarak, sınıf içinde daha etkili öğretim stratejileri uygulanmasına katkı sağladığını gösteriyor. Programlardan elde edilen bilgi ve becerilerin öğrenci motivasyonu, öğretim stratejileri, öğrenci çeşitliliği, iletişim becerileri gibi temel alanlarda gözle görülür bir gelişme sağladığı belirtiliyor. Sınıf yönetimi ve disiplin konularında sağlanan gelişmeler, öğretmenlerin sınıf içinde daha etkili bir kontrol sağlamalarına ve olumlu bir öğrenme ortamı oluşturmalarına katkıda bulunduğunu yansıtmaktadır. Programlar, öğretmenlerin teknoloji entegrasyonu ve yenilikçi öğretim materyallerini kullanma becerilerini güçlendirdiği ve mesleki ağları genişleterek güncel eğitim trendleri hakkında bilgi edinmelerine olanak tanıdığı belirtiliyor. Genel olarak, bu değerlendirmeler, mesleki gelişim programlarının öğretmenlerin profesyonel kapasitelerini artırma ve sınıf içinde daha etkili bir eğitim sağlama konusunda önemli bir rol oynadığını gösteriyor

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to assess teachers' professional development: their views on the effectiveness of professional development programs and ways to improve them. In this context, the study used qualitative research methodology and conducted in-depth interviews with 14 participants. Teacher testimonies highlight the positive effects of professional development programs on teachers, indicating that they contribute to the implementation of more effective teaching strategies in the classroom. The knowledge and skills gained from the programs are reported to have led to noticeable improvements in key areas such as student motivation, teaching strategies, student diversity, and communication skills. Improvements in classroom management and discipline reflect that the programs have contributed to teachers' more effective control of the classroom and to creating a positive learning environment. The programs are reported to have strengthened teachers' skills in technology integration and the use of innovative teaching materials, and allowed them to expand their professional networks and learn about current educational trends. Overall, these evaluations suggest that professional development programs play an important role in enhancing teachers' professional capacity and providing more effective instruction in the classroom.
