Bu makale, eğitim yönetimi modelleri ve uygulamalarının güncel yaklaşımlarını derinlemesine incelemektedir. Araştırma, eğitim yönetiminin klasik ve modern modellerini tanıtarak, teknolojik gelişmelerin ve değişen toplumsal ihtiyaçların bu alandaki etkilerini ele almakta ve gelecekteki trendlere ışık tutmaktadır. Makalede kullanılan yöntem, geniş çaplı bir literatür taramasıdır. Eğitim yönetimi modelleri, geçmişten günümüze kadar olan gelişmeler ışığında incelenmiş, güncel uygulamalar ve teknolojik yenilikler bu çerçevede değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma, eğitim yönetiminde klasik modellerin temel prensiplerinin modern dünyanın ihtiyaçlarına uyum sağlayacak şekilde evrildiğini göstermektedir. Teknoloji destekli eğitim, esnek eğitim modelleri, öğrenci merkezli öğretim yaklaşımları ve yapay zeka gibi yenilikler, eğitim yönetiminin gelecekteki yönünü belirlemektedir. Bu gelişmeler, öğrenme süreçlerini daha etkileşimli, erişilebilir ve kişiselleştirilmiş hale getirmektedir. Ayrıca, eğitim yönetimi, performans değerlendirme, inovasyon ve çalışan memnuniyeti gibi konular üzerinden kurumsal başarıya katkıda bulunmaktadır. Özetle, bu makale, eğitim yönetiminin sürekli gelişen ve değişen bir alan olduğunu ve teknolojik ilerlemelerin bu alanda yeni fırsatlar yarattığını ortaya koymaktadır. This article explores in depth the current approaches of educational management models and practices. By introducing classical and modern models of educational administration, the research addresses the impact of technological developments and changing societal needs in this field and sheds light on future trends. The methodology used in the article is an extensive literature review. Educational administration models are analyzed in the light of developments from the past to the present, and current practices and technological innovations are evaluated within this framework. The research shows that the basic principles of classical models in educational administration have evolved to adapt to the needs of the modern world. Innovations such as technology-supported education, flexible education models, student-centered teaching approaches and artificial intelligence determine the future direction of educational administration. These developments make learning processes more interactive, accessible and personalized. Moreover, educational management contributes to organizational success through issues such as performance evaluation, innovation and employee satisfaction. To summarize, this paper demonstrates that educational management is a constantly evolving and changing field and that technological advances create new opportunities in this field. In the future, educational management models are expected to contribute to the world of education by enriching it with even more innovative approaches. |
