This study aims to examine the perceptions of innovative leadership among school principals from the perspective of teachers. Conducted using quantitative methods and a descriptive design, the study's population comprised teachers serving in the Eskisehir Odunpazarı district during the 2022-2023 academic year. A sample of 334 teachers was included using convenient sampling method. Data collection instruments included the 28-item Innovative School Leadership Scale developed by Akyürek and Karabay (2022) and a researcher-developed personal information form. The conformity of the data to quantitative analysis methods was checked, revealing adherence to standard normal distribution and homogeneity of variances. According to the opinions of participating teachers, school principals' perceptions of innovative leadership are positive. Findings indicate that variables such as gender and subject area have statistically significant effects on perceptions, while other variables such as educational level, marital status, school type, age, and professional seniority do not affect perceptions. Overall, this research demonstrates that, from the perspective of teachers, school principals' perceptions of innovative leadership are generally positive. However, certain factors like gender and subject area may influence these perceptions.
