Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, yüksek lisans ve doktora tezleri arasından sınıf eğitiminde dijital teknoloji desteğinin geçtiği çalışmaları tespit ederek incelenmesi ve araştırma eğilimlerinin belirlenmesini şeklinde belirlenmiştir. Bu amacı gerçekleştirebilmek için Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu’na ait Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında arama yapılmıştır. Yapılan arama sonucunda önceden belirlenmiş ölçütlere uygun olan 21 lisansüstü tez çalışması üzerinde inceleme yapılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden doküman incelemesi yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
İncelenen tezlerde; tez sayısında son yıllarda fark edilebilir düzeyde bir artışın yaşandığı görülmüştür. 2022 yılında en fazla sayıda tez çalışmasının yapıldığı, Anadolu Üniversitesinde en fazla sayıda tezin yapıldığı, yüksek lisans tezlerinin doktora tezlerinden daha fazla olduğu, öğrencilerin okuma-anlama, yazma ve konuşma üzerine dijital teknolojilerin etkilerinin incelenmesinin konu edinildiği, çalışmalarda en çok dijital öykülerin kullanıldığı, araştırmaların Türkçe öğretimi alanında yoğunlaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte, incelenen tezler içerisinde en fazla uygulanan araştırma yöntemi karma yöntem olduğu görülmüştür. Tez çalışmalarının çoğunlukla öğrencilerle yapıldığı, görüşme formunun ise en fazla kullanılan veri toplama aracı olduğu araştırma sonucunda görülmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify and examine the studies in which digital technology support in classroom education is mentioned among master's and doctoral theses and to determine research trends. In order to achieve this aim, the National Thesis Center database of the Council of Higher Education was searched. As a result of the search, 21 graduate thesis studies that meet the predetermined criteria were examined. Document analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods, was used.
In the theses examined; it was seen that there has been a noticeable increase in the number of theses in recent years. In 2022, the highest number of thesis studies were conducted, the highest number of theses were conducted at Anadolu University, master's theses were more than doctoral theses, the effects of digital technologies on students' reading-comprehension, writing and speaking were examined, digital stories were mostly used in the studies, and the researches were concentrated in the field of Turkish teaching. However, it was seen that the most applied research method in the theses examined was the mixed method. As a result of the research, it is seen that thesis studies were mostly conducted with students and the interview form was the most used data collection tool.
