Abstract
Bu çalışma, Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liseleri (MTAL) bağlamında eğitim kalitesinin artırılmasına yönelik stratejileri ve yöntemleri incelemektedir. MTAL'ler, Türkiye’nin ekonomik ve sosyal kalkınmasında önemli bir rol oynamakta olup, nitelikli iş gücü yetiştirme amacı taşımaktadır. Ancak, bu okullarda eğitim kalitesinin artırılması gerekliliği, mevcut çeşitli zorluklar ve eksiklikler nedeniyle ön plana çıkmaktadır. Çalışmada, öğretmenlerin mesleki gelişiminin desteklenmesi, teknolojik altyapının güçlendirilmesi, müfredatın güncellenmesi ve esnekleştirilmesi, değerlendirme sistemlerinin iyileştirilmesi ve sektörle işbirliklerinin geliştirilmesi gibi temel stratejiler ele alınmaktadır. Öğretmenlerin bilgi ve becerilerini sürekli güncellemeleri, hizmet içi eğitim programları ve teşvik edici politikalarla desteklenmelidir. Teknolojik altyapının modernleştirilmesi, öğrencilerin bilgiye erişimlerini kolaylaştırarak öğrenme süreçlerini daha etkili hale getirecektir. Müfredatın çağın gereksinimlerine uygun olarak düzenlenmesi ve esnekleştirilmesi, öğrencilere ilgi ve yeteneklerine göre ders seçme imkânı tanıyacaktır. Değerlendirme sistemlerinde, geleneksel yöntemler yerine proje tabanlı öğrenme ve performans değerlendirmeleri gibi alternatif yöntemlerin kullanılması önerilmektedir. Ayrıca, okullar ile sanayi kuruluşları arasındaki iş birliklerinin artırılması, öğrencilerin gerçek iş dünyası deneyimleri kazanmalarını sağlayacaktır. Sonuç olarak, MTAL'lerde eğitim kalitesinin artırılması hem bireysel hem de toplumsal açıdan büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu stratejiler, öğrencilerin akademik ve mesleki başarılarını artırmakta ve Türkiye’nin rekabet gücünü yükselten bir eğitim sisteminin oluşturulmasında kritik bir rol oynamaktadır.

Abstract
This study examines strategies and methods for improving the quality of education in the context of Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools (MTALs). VET schools play an important role in Turkey's economic and social development and aim to train a qualified workforce. However, the need to improve the quality of education in these schools comes to the forefront due to the various challenges and shortcomings that exist. The study discusses key strategies such as supporting teachers' professional development, strengthening technological infrastructure, updating and flexibilizing curricula, improving assessment systems and developing partnerships with the sector. Teachers' continuous updating of their knowledge and skills should be supported by in-service training programs and incentive policies. Modernizing the technological infrastructure will make learning processes more effective by facilitating students' access to information. The curricula should be designed and flexibilized in line with the needs of the age, allowing students to choose courses according to their interests and abilities. In assessment systems, alternative methods such as project-based learning and performance assessments are recommended instead of traditional methods. In addition, increasing cooperation between schools and industrial organizations will enable students to gain real business world experiences. In conclusion, improving the quality of education in MTALs is of great importance both individually and socially. These strategies increase students' academic and professional success and play a critical role in building an education system that increases Turkey's competitiveness.
