Abstract
Bu çalışma, eğitim politikalarının okul yönetimine olan genel etkilerini ve gelecekteki eğitim politikaları için önerileri kapsamlı bir şekilde ele almıştır. Eğitim politikalarının, eğitim sisteminin temel yapı taşlarını oluşturan, eğitim kurumlarının işleyişini düzenleyen ve eğitim sürecinin tüm bileşenlerine yönelik stratejik hedefler belirleyen ilke ve uygulamaların toplamı olduğu vurgulanmıştır. Eğitim politikaları, toplumsal gereksinimler, ekonomik koşullar, kültürel değerler ve siyasi eğilimler doğrultusunda şekillenmekte ve okul yönetimlerinin stratejik planlama süreçlerini doğrudan etkilemektedir. Bu politikalar, okul yöneticilerinin liderlik ve yönetim becerilerini geliştirmekte, öğretmenlerin profesyonel gelişimlerini desteklemekte ve öğrenci başarısını artırmayı hedeflemektedir. Eğitim politikalarının belirlediği standartlar ve hedefler, okul yönetimlerinin uzun vadeli planlamalarını ve kaynak yönetimlerini şekillendirmektedir. Gelecekteki eğitim politikalarının, eğitimde eşitlik ve kapsayıcılık ilkelerine daha fazla odaklanması, dijital okuryazarlığın artırılması ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma gibi yeni kavramları içermesi gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, eğitim politikalarının etkin bir şekilde uygulanması ve okul yönetimlerinin bu politikaları benimsemesi, eğitimde başarıyı ve kaliteyi artırmak için temel bir unsur olarak değerlendirilmektedir.

Abstract
This study has comprehensively addressed the general effects of educational policies on school management and recommendations for future educational policies. It is emphasized that educational policies are the sum of principles and practices that constitute the basic building blocks of the education system, regulate the functioning of educational institutions and set strategic goals for all components of the educational process. Educational policies are shaped in line with social needs, economic conditions, cultural values and political tendencies and directly affect the strategic planning processes of school administrations. These policies improve the leadership and management skills of school administrators, support the professional development of teachers and aim to increase student achievement. The standards and goals set by education policies shape the long-term planning and resource management of school administrations. Future education policies need to focus more on the principles of equity and inclusion in education, increase digital literacy and incorporate new concepts such as sustainable development. As a result, the effective implementation of education policies and the adoption of these policies by school administrations are considered as a fundamental element to increase educational achievement and quality.
