Abstract
Bireysel ihtiyaçlara yönelik müfredat, eğitimde kişiselleştirilmiş öğrenme yaklaşımlarını destekleyen önemli bir reform olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu müfredat, öğrencilerin farklı öğrenme stilleri ve yeteneklerine uygun eğitim stratejilerinin geliştirilmesini hedeflemektedir. Eğitim politikaları, bireyselleştirilmiş öğretimin etkinliğini artırmak için gerekli düzenlemeleri sağlamalı ve eğitim materyallerinin erişilebilirliğini artırmalıdır. Öğretmenlerin profesyonel gelişimlerinin desteklenmesi ve sürekli eğitim programlarının sunulması, bireyselleştirilmiş öğretim stratejilerinin uygulanmasını kolaylaştırmaktadır. Teknoloji entegrasyonu, bireyselleştirilmiş müfredatın etkinliğini artırmakta ve öğrenci ilerlemelerinin takip edilmesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Ayrıca, öğrenci ve ailelerin sürece dahil edilmesi, müfredatın daha etkili bir şekilde uyarlanmasını sağlamaktadır. Eğitim politikaları, eğitim teknolojileri ve öğrenci-aile iş birliği gibi stratejiler, bireyselleştirilmiş müfredatın gelişimini destekleyerek eğitim sistemlerinin daha kapsayıcı ve etkili hale gelmesini sağlayacaktır. Strategies such as educational policies, educational technologies, and student-family collaboration will support the development of personalized curricula, making educational systems more inclusive and effective.
