Abstract
Bu çalışma, teknoloji tabanlı eğitim yönetiminin sunduğu fırsatları, karşılaşılan zorlukları ve sürdürülebilir kullanım stratejilerini ele almaktadır. Teknoloji, eğitim yönetiminde süreçleri hızlandırarak verimliliği artırmakta, kaynakların daha etkin kullanılmasını sağlamakta ve eğitimde fırsat eşitliğini desteklemektedir. Yapay zeka, dijital eğitim yönetim sistemleri ve veri analitiği gibi yenilikçi araçlar, eğitim yöneticilerine karar alma süreçlerinde rehberlik etmekte ve eğitim sistemlerinin performansını artırmaktadır. Ancak, altyapı eksiklikleri, dijital yeterlilik sorunları, veri güvenliği endişeleri ve kültürel direnç gibi zorluklar, teknolojinin eğitim yönetimine entegrasyonunu zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu zorlukların üstesinden gelmek için güçlü bir liderlik, yenilikçi stratejiler ve sürdürülebilir bir yaklaşım gerekmektedir. Çalışma, çevresel, ekonomik ve sosyal sürdürülebilirlik ilkelerinin teknoloji tabanlı eğitim yönetiminde nasıl uygulanabileceğine yönelik öneriler sunmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, teknoloji tabanlı eğitim yönetimi, modern eğitim sistemlerinin dönüştürülmesinde kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Eğitim yöneticileri, teknolojinin sunduğu fırsatları etkili bir şekilde değerlendirerek, daha kapsayıcı ve sürdürülebilir eğitim modelleri oluşturabilirler.

Abstract
This study addresses the opportunities, challenges and sustainable use strategies of technology-based educational management. Technology accelerates processes in education management, increasing efficiency, enabling more effective use of resources and supporting equal opportunities in education. Innovative tools such as artificial intelligence, digital education management systems and data analytics guide education managers in their decision-making processes and improve the performance of education systems. However, challenges such as infrastructure gaps, digital competence issues, data security concerns and cultural resistance make the integration of technology into education management challenging. Overcoming these challenges requires strong leadership, innovative strategies and a sustainable approach. The study provides recommendations on how the principles of environmental, economic and social sustainability can be applied in technology-based education management. In conclusion, technology-based education management plays a critical role in transforming modern education systems. By effectively utilizing the opportunities offered by technology, education managers can create more inclusive and sustainable education models.
