Abstract
Öğretmenler yeni neslin yetiştirilmesinde ve mevcut olan neslin geliştirilmesinde oldukça önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Öğretmenlerin görevlerini yerine getirebilmesi için mevcut şartların korunması ve olumsuz şartların iyileştirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu bağlamda öğretmenlerin iş doyumunu etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi önemlidir. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemi ve durum çalışması deseninde kurgulanacaktır. Araştırmada nitel araştırmanın doğasına uygun olarak katılımcıların belirlenmesinde ölçüt örnekleme yöntemi kullanılacak ve yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu aracılığıyla 10 öğretmenden veri toplanacaktır. Katılımcılardan elde edilecek olan veriler içerik analiz yöntemi kullanılarak kodlara ayrılacak ve temalara ulaşılacaktır. Araştırma sonuçların dayalı olarak bazı öneriler sunulacaktır.

Abstract
Teachers play a very important role in raising the new generation and improving the existing generation. For teachers to fulfill their duties, it is necessary to protect the existing conditions and improve the negative conditions. In this context, it is important to determine the factors affecting teachers’ job satisfaction. The research: it will be structured in the qualitative research method and case study pattern. In the research, criterion sampling method will be used to determine the participants in accordance with the nature of the qualitative research and data will be collected from 10 teachers through a semi-structured interview form. The data to be obtained from the participants will be divided into codes using the content analysis method and the themes will be reached. Based on the research results, some recommendations will be presented.
