Abstract
Bu çalışma, eğitimde teknoloji kullanımının sunduğu avantajları, karşılaşılan zorlukları ve gelecekteki yönelimleri ele almaktadır. Eğitim teknolojilerinin öğrenme süreçlerine entegrasyonu, bireyselleştirilmiş öğrenme imkânları, zaman ve mekândan bağımsız eğitim fırsatları ve öğrenci motivasyonu üzerindeki olumlu etkileri gibi birçok fayda sağlamaktadır. Bununla birlikte, dijital uçurum, öğretmenlerin teknolojiye adaptasyonu, teknoloji bağımlılığı ve geleneksel eğitim yöntemleriyle entegrasyon problemleri gibi çeşitli zorluklar da ortaya çıkmaktadır. Yapay zeka destekli öğrenme sistemleri, metaverse tabanlı eğitim ortamları ve otomasyon süreçleri, gelecekte eğitimde dijitalleşmenin yönünü belirleyen temel unsurlar arasında yer almaktadır. Ancak, teknolojinin eğitim süreçlerine etkili bir şekilde entegre edilebilmesi için öğretmenlerin dijital pedagojik becerilerinin geliştirilmesi, altyapı yatırımlarının artırılması ve pedagojik prensiplere uygun dijital içeriklerin üretilmesi gerekmektedir. Çalışmada, eğitimde teknolojinin etkili ve sürdürülebilir bir şekilde kullanılması için stratejik politikalar geliştirilmesi gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Sonuç olarak, teknolojik gelişmelerin eğitim sistemlerine entegrasyonu, öğretim süreçlerini daha esnek, kapsayıcı ve verimli hale getirmekle birlikte, bu sürecin bilinçli ve pedagojik ilkeler doğrultusunda yönetilmesi büyük önem taşımaktadır.

Abstract
This study addresses the advantages, challenges and future directions of technology use in education. The integration of educational technologies into learning processes provides many benefits such as individualized learning opportunities, time- and space-independent learning opportunities, and positive effects on student motivation. However, various challenges also arise, such as the digital divide, teachers' adaptation to technology, technology dependency and integration problems with traditional educational methods. AI-supported learning systems, metaverse-based educational environments and automation processes are among the key elements that determine the direction of digitalization in education in the future. However, in order to effectively integrate technology into educational processes, teachers' digital pedagogical skills need to be developed, infrastructure investments need to be increased, and digital content needs to be produced in accordance with pedagogical principles. The study emphasizes that strategic policies should be developed for the effective and sustainable use of technology in education. In conclusion, although the integration of technological developments into education systems makes teaching processes more flexible, inclusive and efficient, it is of great importance that this process is managed consciously and in line with pedagogical principles.
