Okul Yöneticilerinin Kriz Yönetim Becerileri Hakkında Öğretmen Algılarının Farklı Değişkenler Bakımından Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract
Bu araştırmada, okul yöneticilerinin kriz yönetim becerileri, öğretmenlerin algıları doğrultusunda farklı değişkenler açısından incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında kriz yönetimi üç temel boyutla ele alınmıştır: kriz öncesi, kriz esnası ve kriz sonrası faaliyetler. Bulgular, genel olarak katılımcıların kriz yönetimi faaliyetlerine ilişkin algılarının orta düzeyde olduğunu göstermektedir. Özellikle kriz esnasında yapılan faaliyetlerin ortalamalarının, diğer iki boyuta göre daha düşük olması, bu alanda iyileştirme ve destek çalışmalarının önemini vurgulamaktadır. Araştırmada, cinsiyet, yaş, görev yapılan okul türü ve mesleki kıdem gibi değişkenlere göre kriz yönetimi algılarında anlamlı farklılıklar incelenmiştir. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda şu bulgulara ulaşılmıştır; Cinsiyet ve okul türü değişkenleri açısından kriz yönetimi algılarında anlamlı bir fark tespit edilmezken, mesleki kıdem açısından kriz esnası faaliyetlerde anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Daha az kıdeme sahip katılımcıların kriz anındaki faaliyetlere karşı daha duyarlı olduğu gözlenmiştir. Yaş değişkeni açısından ise kriz yönetimi algılarında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmamış, farklı yaş gruplarındaki katılımcıların kriz yönetimi algılarının benzer olduğu belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, kriz yönetimi süreçlerinin eğitim kurumlarında daha etkin hale getirilmesi için planlama, eğitim ve uygulama alanlarında gelişime ihtiyaç duyulduğunu göstermektedir. Özellikle kriz esnası faaliyetlerdeki eksikliklerin giderilmesi ve yöneticilere bu alanda destek sağlanması önerilmektedir. Araştırma, okul yöneticilerinin kriz yönetimi becerilerinin geliştirilmesinin, eğitim ortamlarının güvenli ve sürdürülebilir bir şekilde yönetilmesine katkıda bulunacağını ortaya koymaktadır.

Abstract
In this study, the crisis management skills of school administrators were examined in terms of different variables in line with the perceptions of teachers. Within the scope of the study, crisis management was addressed in three main dimensions: pre-crisis, during crisis and post-crisis activities. The findings show that, in general, the participants' perceptions of crisis management activities are at a moderate level. The fact that the averages of the activities carried out especially during the crisis are lower than the other two dimensions emphasizes the importance of improvement and support activities in this area. In the study, significant differences in crisis management perceptions were examined according to variables such as gender, age, type of school and professional seniority. As a result of the examination, the following findings were reached; While no significant difference was found in crisis management perceptions in terms of gender and school type variables, a significant difference was found in activities during the crisis in terms of professional seniority. It was observed that participants with less seniority were more sensitive to the activities during the crisis. In terms of age, no statistically significant difference was found in crisis management perceptions, and it was determined that the crisis management perceptions of participants in different age groups were similar. The findings show that there is a need for improvement in the areas of planning, training and implementation to make crisis management processes more effective in educational institutions. In particular, it is recommended to overcome the deficiencies in activities during the crisis and to provide support to administrators in this field. The study reveals that improving the crisis management skills of school administrators will contribute to the safe and sustainable management of educational environments.
