Abstract
Bu çalışma, sınıf yönetiminin eğitim sürecindeki kritik rolünü ve öğrencilerin akademik başarıları üzerindeki etkilerini incelemektedir. Etkili sınıf yönetimi, öğrencilerin bilişsel, duyuşsal ve psikomotor gelişimlerini destekleyen bütüncül bir yaklaşımı içermektedir. Öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimi stratejileri, disiplin anlayışları ve öğrenci motivasyonuna yönelik uygulamaları, öğrenme sürecinin verimliliğini doğrudan etkilemektedir. Ayrıca, sınıf ortamının fiziksel ve psikolojik koşullarının sınıf yönetimi üzerindeki etkileri de ele alınmaktadır. Araştırma, öğretmenlerin sınıf içindeki liderlik rollerini, motivasyon stratejilerini ve öğrenci başarısını artırmaya yönelik yöntemlerini değerlendirmektedir. Öğrencilerin öğrenme süreçlerine aktif katılımını teşvik eden sınıf yönetimi uygulamalarının, akademik başarıya olan katkıları vurgulanmaktadır. Etkili sınıf yönetimi stratejilerinin benimsenmesi, öğrencilerin öğrenmeye yönelik olumlu tutum geliştirmelerini sağlarken, aynı zamanda sınıf içi disiplinin sürdürülebilirliğini desteklemektedir. Sonuç olarak, öğretmenlerin sınıf yönetimi konusundaki yeterliliklerinin artırılması ve eğitim süreçlerine yönelik bilimsel yaklaşımların benimsenmesi önerilmektedir.

Abstract
This study examines the critical role of classroom management in the educational process and its effects on students' academic achievement. Effective classroom management involves a holistic approach that supports students' cognitive, affective and psychomotor development. Teachers' classroom management strategies, their understanding of discipline and their practices towards student motivation directly affect the efficiency of the learning process. In addition, the effects of the physical and psychological conditions of the classroom environment on classroom management are also addressed. The research evaluates teachers' leadership roles in the classroom, their motivational strategies and their methods to increase student achievement. The contributions of classroom management practices that encourage students' active participation in learning processes to academic achievement are emphasized. The adoption of effective classroom management strategies helps students develop positive attitudes towards learning and supports the sustainability of classroom discipline. As a result, it is recommended to increase teachers' competencies in classroom management and to adopt scientific approaches to educational processes.
