Temel Eğitim Öğretmenlerinin Görüşlerine Göre Okul Müdürlerinin Öğretim Liderliği Düzeylerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract
Bu çalışmada; temel eğitim seviyesinde görevli öğretmen görüş ve düşünceleri çerçevesinde eğitim kurumlarının müdürlerinin öğretim liderliği düzeylerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Nicel yöntem ile yürütülen çalışmada tarama modeli çalışmanın desenini oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Ankara ili Altındağ ilçesinde temel eğitim aşamasında görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacına ulaşması için elde edilmesi gereken verileri toplamak için Şişman (2016) tarafından geliştirilen “Öğretim Liderliği Davranış Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Bu ölçeğin yanı sıra örnekleme dahil edilenlerin demografik bilgilerini elde etmek için kişisel bilgiler formuna da çalışmada yer verilmiştir. Ölçek yardımı ile elde edilen verilerin normallik testi yapılmış, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, ANOVA testi, t testi ve Tukey analizi kullanılarak veriler analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin analizinde SPSS paket programından yararlanılmıştır. Çalışmada ulaşılan bulgularına göre okul müdürlerinin öğretim liderliği sergileme düzeylerinin “çoğunlukla” olduğu görülmüştür. Cinsiyet ve yaş faktörüne bağlı olarak öğretim liderliği düzeylerinde anlamlı farklılıklara rastlanmazken, medeni durum ve hizmet yılı değişkenine göre okul müdürlerini öğretim liderliği düzeylerinde anlamlı farklılıkların gözlemlendiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to examine the instructional leadership levels of the principals of educational institutions within the framework of the opinions and thoughts of teachers working at the basic education level. In the study conducted with quantitative method, the survey model constitutes the design of the study. The sample of the study consists of teachers working at the basic education level in Altındağ district of Ankara province. The “Instructional Leadership Behavior Scale” developed by Şişman (2016) was used to collect the data needed to achieve the purpose of the study. In addition to this scale, a personal information form was also included in the study to obtain demographic information of those included in the sample. The normality test of the data obtained with the help of the scale was performed and the data were analyzed using arithmetic mean, standard deviation, ANOVA test, t test and Tukey analysis. SPSS package program was used to analyze the data. According to the findings of the study, it was seen that the school principals' verticals of exhibiting instructional leadership were “mostly”. While there were no significant differences in instructional leadership levels depending on gender and age factors, it was concluded that significant differences were observed in the instructional leadership levels of school principals according to marital status and years of service variables.
