Abstract
Bu çalışmada sanal sınıflar ve uzaktan eğitimde etkili öğretim yöntemlerinin öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada nitel araştırma desenlerinden fenomenolojis deseni kullanılmış ve toplam ve 14 kişiden veri toplanmıştır. Uzaktan eğitimde, öğretmenlerin öğrenci katılımını artırmak ve öğretim etkinliklerini çeşitlendirmek adına benimsedikleri çeşitli stratejiler, etkileşimli ders içerikleri oluşturma, çevrimiçi platformları etkili kullanma, anketler ve kısa quizler gibi araçlarla öğrencilerle etkileşimi güçlendirme gibi yöntemleri içermektedir. Öğrencilere sorumluluk verilmesi, projelerle ilgili çalışmalara zaman tanınması ve düzenli geri bildirimlerle öğrenci katkılarını takdir etme stratejileri, öğrencilerin kendi öğrenme süreçlerini yönlendirmelerine olanak sağlamaktadır. Bu stratejiler, öğretmenlerin online ortamlarda etkili bir öğretim ortamı oluşturmak için çeşitlilik ve esneklik anlayışını vurgulamaktadır.

Abstract
In this study, it was aimed to evaluate effective teaching methods in virtual classrooms and distance education according to teachers' views. In this context, phenomenological design, one of the qualitative research designs, was used in the study and data were collected from 14 participants. In distance education, various strategies adopted by teachers to increase student engagement and diversify teaching activities include methods such as creating interactive course content, using online platforms effectively, strengthening interaction with students through tools such as surveys and short quizzes. Strategies such as assigning responsibility to students, allowing time to work on projects, and recognizing student contributions through regular feedback allow students to direct their own learning processes. These strategies emphasize teachers' understanding of diversity and flexibility to create an effective teaching environment in online environments.
