Abstract
Bu çalışmada Türkiye’de Erken Çocukluk Eğitiminin tarihçesi, eğitimin çocukların okul başarısına olan etkileri, programları ve politikaları, Milli Eğitim Şuralarında okul öncesi eğitimin yeri, okul öncesi eğitimle ilgili bazı yasal düzenlemeler, kalkınma planlarında okul öncesi eğitimin yeri, “4+4+4 yasasının” Erken Çocukluk Eğitimine etkileri, Erken Çocukluk Eğitimi algısı ve eğitimden yararlanma eğilimleri, okul öncesi eğitimin yaygınlaştırılması, 2023 Eğitim Vizyonunda erken çocukluk eğitiminde fırsatlar ve riskler ve sonuç ve öneriler yer almaktadır. Geçmişten günümüze kadar erken çocukluk eğitimi için birçok çalışmalar yapılmıştır. Fakat son 10 yılda erken çocukluk eğitiminin önemi daha fazla artmış ve bu yönde yapılan çalışmalara da daha fazla önem verilmiştir.

Abstract
In this study, the history of Early Childhood Education in Turkey, the effects of education on children's school success, programs and policies, the place of pre-school education in the National Education Councils, some legal regulations regarding pre-school education, the place of pre-school education in development plans, "4+4+4" The effects of the law on Early Childhood Education, the perception of Early Childhood Education and tendencies to benefit from education, the dissemination of pre-school education, the opportunities and risks in early childhood education in the 2023 Education Vision, and the results and recommendations are included. Many studies have been carried out for early childhood education from past to present. However, in the last 10 years, the importance of early childhood education has increased and more importance has been given to studies in this direction.
