Abstract
Bu araştırmada, öğretmenlerin görüşlerine göre, okul müdürlerinin eğitim programı liderliğinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma genel tarama modeli olarak tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerin eğitim program liderliği genel düzeylerinin ortalamanın üstünde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca en yüksek ortalamanın eğitim ortamının yönetimi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yine öğretim danışmanlığı ve eğitim programının kontrolü ortalamanın üstünde oldukları belirlenmiştir. Diğer yanda eğitim program liderliği ve alt boyut algılarının kadın ve erkek öğretmenlere göre fark etmediği ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan öğretmenlerin yaşlarına göre incelendiğinde program liderliği konusunda farklılık gösterdiği ortaya çıkmıştır. Buna göre; 22-30 yaş arası öğretmen grubu ile 41 yaş ve üstü öğretmen gruplarının öğretim danışmanlığı algıları 31-40 yaş grubundakilere göre daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Aynı şekilde eğitim program liderliği genel ölçeğinde 22-30 yaş arası öğretmen grubun eğitim program liderliği algısı 31-40 yaş öğretmen grubundakilere göre daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Mesleki deneyimlerine göre incelendiğinde, eğitim program liderliği genel ölçeği incelendiğinde; 1 - 5 yıl arası mesleki deneyime sahip öğretmen grubun eğitim program liderliği genel algısı 6 - 10 yıl ve 11 - 15 yıl arası mesleki deneyime sahip öğretmen grubundakilere göre daha yüksek çıkmıştır. Ayrıca eğitim ortamının yönetimi ile öğretim danışmanlığı ve eğitim programının kontrolü arasında anlamlı, pozitif ve yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki çıkmıştır. Yine öğretim danışmanlığı alt boyutu ile eğitim programının kontrolü alt boyutu arasında anlamlı, pozitif ve orta düzeyde bir ilişki vardır.

Abstract
This research aims to examine the educational program leadership of school principals, according to the opinions of teachers. The research was designed as a general screening model. According to the results of the research, it was determined that the general levels of education program leadership of the teachers participating in the study were above average. Additionally, it was determined that the highest average was the management of the educational environment. Again, it was determined that teaching consultancy and control of the education program were above average. On the other hand, it was revealed that the perceptions of education program leadership and sub-dimensions did not differ between male and female teachers. When the teachers participating in the study were examined according to their ages, it was revealed that they differed in terms of program leadership. When examined according to their professional experience and the general scale of education program leadership; The general perception of education program leadership in the teacher group with 1 to 5 years of professional experience was higher than that of the teacher group with 6 to 10 years of professional experience and 11 to 15 years of professional experience. Additionally, a significant, positive and high level relationship emerged between the management of the educational environment and instructional counseling and control of the curriculum. Again, there is a significant, positive and moderate relationship between the instructional consultancy sub-dimension and the education program control sub-dimension.
