Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı yeni eğitim teknolojileri hakkında öğretmen görüşleri: nitel bir araştırmadır. Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin görüşlerini derinlemesine analiz etmek amacıyla fenomenolojik bir yöntem kullanılarak tasarlanmıştır. Araştırma grubu, planlı bir örnekleme stratejisi olan maksimum çeşitlilik örneklemesi kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya 2023-2024 eğitim-öğretim yılının Ekim döneminde toplam on dört eğitimci katılmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında katılımcılara, nitel araştırmalarda veri elde etmek için sıklıkla kullanılan açık uçlu sorular içeren görüşme formları verilmiştir. Daha sonra katılımcılardan formları doldurmaları istenmiştir. Eğitim teknolojileri, öğrenme deneyimini zenginleştirme potansiyeline sahipken, etkili kullanımı altyapısal ve pedagojik destek gerektirir. Teknolojik araçlar, öğrencilere global bir perspektif sunarken dikkat dağıtıcı olma riskini de taşır. Öğretmenlerin teknoloji adaptasyonu, eğitimin kalitesini doğrudan etkiler ve sürekli mesleki gelişim ihtiyacını ortaya koyar. Dijital vatandaşlık ve siber güvenlik, öğrencilere etik bir online bilinç kazandırmanın önemini vurgular. Eğitimde teknolojinin başarısı, teknolojik donanımın ötesinde bilinçli ve planlı bir yaklaşıma bağlıdır.

Abstract
The aim of this study is teacher views about new educational technologies: a qualitative research. This research was designed using a phenomenological method to analyze teachers' views in depth. The research group was selected using maximum variation sampling, which is a planned sampling strategy. A total of fourteen educators participated in the study in the October semester of the 2023-2024 academic year. Within the scope of the study, the participants were given interview forms containing open-ended questions that are frequently used to obtain data in qualitative research. The participants were then asked to fill in the forms. While educational technologies have the potential to enrich the learning experience, their effective use requires infrastructural and pedagogical support. While technological tools offer students a global perspective, they also run the risk of being distracting. Teachers' technology adaptation directly affects the quality of education and highlights the need for continuous professional development. Digital citizenship and cybersecurity emphasize the importance of providing students with an ethical online awareness. The success of technology in education depends on a conscious and planned approach beyond technological equipment.
