Meslek Liselerinde Görev Yapan Öğretmenlerin Örgütsel Sinizm Algıları: Meslek Liselerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract
Araştırmanın amacı meslek liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin örgütsel sinizm algılarını belirlemektir. Araştırmanın alt amacı ise öğretmenlerin örgütsel sinizm algılarının bazı demografik özelliklerine göre değişiklik durumunu tespit etmektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2023-2024 eğitim öğretim yılı yaz döneminde Eskişehir ili Odunpazarı ilçesindeki meslek liselerinde görev yapan 156 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak Türkçe açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizleri ile geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları Kalağan (2009) tarafından gerçekleştirilen Örgütsel Sinizm ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma bulguları ışığında ulaşılan sonuçlar şunlardır: Öğretmenlerin örgütsel sinizm algıları düşük düzeydedir. Öğretmenlerin örgütsel sinizm algıları cinsiyet, mevcut okuldaki görev süresi, öğretmenlik alanı, mesleği severek yapma değişkenlerinden etkilenmezken öğretmenlerin eğitim durumu değişkeninden etkilenmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to determine the organizational cynicism perceptions of teachers working in vocational high schools. The sub-objective of the research is to determine the change in teachers' perceptions of organizational cynicism according to some demographic characteristics. The study group of the research consisted of 156 teachers working in vocational high schools in Odunpazarı district of Eskişehir province during the summer semester of 2023-2024 academic year. The Organizational Cynicism scale, whose validity and reliability studies were conducted by Kalağan (2009) with Turkish explanatory and confirmatory factor analyses, was used as a data collection tool. The results obtained in the light of the research findings are as follows: Teachers' perceptions of organizational cynicism are low. Teachers' perceptions of organizational cynicism are not affected by the variables of gender, length of service in the current school, teaching field, and liking the profession, but they are affected by the variable of teachers' educational status.
