Abstract
Bu makale, günümüzde hızla değişen iş dünyasının taleplerine eğitim sistemlerinin nasıl yanıt verebileceğini ele almaktadır. İş dünyasının teknolojik ilerlemeler, küreselleşme ve demografik değişimler gibi faktörlerle sürekli evrilen ihtiyaçlarına karşılık, eğitim sistemlerinin esnek, teknoloji odaklı ve işbirliğine dayalı bir yapıya bürünmesi gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır. Geleneksel becerilerin yanı sıra, teknoloji odaklı beceriler, yaratıcılık, inovasyon, işbirliği ve takım çalışması gibi yeteneklerin ön plana çıktığı bir dönüşüm sürecinden bahsedilmektedir. Eğitim sisteminin, müfredatı gözden geçirerek, öğretim metodolojilerini yenileyerek ve teknolojiyi etkin bir şekilde kullanarak öğrencilere yaşam boyu öğrenme becerileri kazandırması gerektiği üzerinde durulmuştur. Ayrıca, iş dünyası ve eğitim sistemi arasındaki etkileşimin, ekonomik kalkınma ve toplumsal refah için kritik öneme sahip olduğu belirtilmiştir. İş dünyasının rekabetçi avantajını güçlendirecek nitelikli iş gücünün temini açısından eğitim sisteminin rolü büyük önem taşımaktadır. Makale, iş dünyası ve eğitim sistemi arasında sürekli geliştirilmesi gereken işbirliği ve etkileşimin, gelecekteki işgücü ve toplumun sürdürülebilir gelişimine katkı sağlayacağını sonuç olarak belirtmektedir.

This article addresses how education systems can respond to the demands of today's rapidly changing business world. It emphasizes that education systems need to be flexible, technology-oriented and collaborative in response to the needs of the business world, which are constantly evolving due to factors such as technological advances, globalization and demographic changes. In addition to traditional skills, technology-oriented skills, creativity, innovation, collaboration and teamwork are emphasized. It is emphasized that the education system should provide students with lifelong learning skills by reviewing curricula, renewing teaching methodologies and using technology effectively. Moreover, the interaction between business and the education system is critical for economic development and social welfare. The role of the education system is of great importance in terms of providing a qualified workforce that will strengthen the competitive advantage of the business world. The article concludes that the cooperation and interaction between the business world and the education system, which should be continuously improved, will contribute to the sustainable development of the future workforce and society.
