Etkili Okul Ve Etkili Okul Yönetiminde Rol Alan Öğelerin Sınıf Öğretmenleri Görüşlerine Göre Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, etkili okul ve etkili okullarda rol alan ögelerin sınıf öğretmen görüşlerine göre belirlenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu araştırmaya dâhil edilen 15 sınıf öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılı Kasım- Aralık ayı içerisinde araştırmacı tarafından doğrudan yapılan görüşmeler neticesinde toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler araştırmanın kapsamı doğrultusunda betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilere göre etkili okul ve etkili okul yönetiminde rol oynayan özelliklerin başında; işbirliği ve iletişim, olumlu okul iklimi, öğrenci merkezli, sosyal etkinlikler, eşitlikçi, projeleri olması ve fiziksel koşullar olarak değerlendirilmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the elements involved in effective schools and the roles of these elements according to the opinions of classroom teachers. The study group consists of 15 classroom teachers included in the research. A semi-structured interview form was used as the data collection tool in the study. The data were collected through direct interviews conducted by the researcher in November-December of the 2022-2023 academic year. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data in line with the scope of the research. According to the data obtained from the research, the key features playing a role in effective schools and effective school management include collaboration and communication, positive school climate, student centered approach, social activities, equality, presence of projects, and physical conditions.
