Okul İdarecileri ve Sınıf Öğretmenlerinin Yapay Zeka Destekli Eğitim Teknolojilerine Yönelik Görüşleri.

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı okul idarecileri ve sınıf öğretmenlerinin yapay zeka destekli eğitim teknolojilerine yönelik görüşlerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu kapsamda, çalışmada nitel araştırma metodolojisi kullanılmış ve onbeş kişiyle derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre yapay zeka destekli eğitim teknolojilerinin öğrenci başarısına olumlu katkı sağlama potansiyelini ve eğitim süreçlerine çeşitli avantajlar getirebileceğini göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte, katılımcılar, teknolojinin öğretmenin rehberlik rolünü tamamen devralmaması gerektiğini vurgulamış ve insan etkileşiminin önemini vurgulamışlardır. Eşitlik, güvenlik ve etik konularına dikkat çekilerek teknolojinin dengeli bir şekilde kullanılması gerektiği vurgulanmıştır. Hazırlık sürecinde öğretmenlere ve idarecilere yönelik eğitimlerin önemi vurgulanmış, teknik, pedagojik ve etik boyutların kapsanması gerektiği belirtilmiştir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to determine the views of school administrators and classroom teachers on artificial intelligence-supported educational technologies. In this context, qualitative research methodology was used in the study and in-depth interviews were conducted with ten participants. The results show that AI-supported educational technologies have the potential to contribute positively to student achievement and can bring various advantages to educational processes. However, participants emphasized that technology should not completely take over the teacher's guidance role and stressed the importance of human interaction. They emphasized the need to use technology in a balanced way, drawing attention to issues of equity, safety and ethics. The importance of training for teachers and administrators in the preparation process was emphasized, and it was stated that technical, pedagogical and ethical dimensions should be covered.
